The "Buy Professional Edition" or "Buy standard eBook" button takes you to Paypal, which you
can use with a credit or debit card even if you do not have an account there.
On receipt of payment, Paypal sends us a receipt, which triggers the
preparation and dispatch of your personalized copy – within about ten minutes if all goes well. This PDF is sent to the email
address you entered in the purchase dialogue with Paypal.
The process is now fully automatic when the server is running, but it does occasionally happen that an error occurs. If you do not receive your book within one working day of payment (which allows for a human to see any error message for the process), let me know. Please do not file a complaint with PayPal just yet – that causes a lot of work on both sides. Thank you!
