Professional and standard eBook editions: purchase procedure
The "Buy Professional Edition" or "Buy standard eBook" button takes you to Paypal, which you
can use with a credit or debit card even if you do not have an account there.
On receipt of payment, Paypal sends us a receipt, which triggers the
preparation and dispatch of your personalized copy within five minutes. This PDF is sent to the email
address you entered in the purchase dialogue with Paypal.
The process is now fully automatic when the server is running, which is usually the case during European working hours. If you do not receive your book within one working day of
payment, let me know.
Future editions of the Professional edition, which are included in its price, will be sent automatically to this same email
address.
